He has experience of working with grassroot level implementation agencies; international non-profits, UN agency, and national level technical agencies and a domain expertise on RMNCH; Nutrition; SRHR; Child Protection; WASH; Water Resource Management with a large scale quantitative social research by doing data analysis using software like SPSS & Excel. He has also developed a lot of communication and resource materials targeted towards capacity building of frontline cadres and inculcating behaviour changes within communities.

With more than 10 years of experience of working in the social sector on community engagement and women’s issues, Barsha is the person looking into gender mainstreaming in the social sector. Her documentation and communication skills along with her expertise in event management gives a new dimension to the agency. She has a domain expertise on water resource management and women’s empowerment through self help groups.

Being a nutrition expert Madhulika has spent more than 14 years in public health with National and International agencies focussing on reproductive health, nutrition, and adolescent health. She has been leading large- scale interventions on maternal and child nutrition with community-based approaches and educating children on various aspects of growth and development at different stages of the life cycle upto the adolescent age. Her expertise lies in malnutrition management by working closely with government on system strengthening. She has an excellent analytical and documentation skills in public health issues and has developed several resource and communication material for frontline community workers on public health issues.

Prakash has established his credentials in the social sector with 20+ years in social sector in providing consulting services to non-profits and international agencies in social research, development programming, implementation, and M&E support. Established & facilitated social enterprises focusing on livelihood augmentation & revenue generation. His domain expertise encompasses of Livelihood Promotion, Health & Nutrition; WASH; Child Protection; Local Self Governance; and Cyber-safety. Prakash has been in the consulting sector for more than 15 years in social research & studies and technical support to non-profits.

A self-driven and passionate development learner, with around 9 years of grassroot experience of implementation of community-based initiatives on adolescent empowerment; child protection; safe migration, women's empowerment and COVID response. Working in Jharkhand with tribal communities for the last 5 years.

Priya, being the youngest members in the team has already proved her worth in the last 5 years of her work in the social sector on skill development, rural entrepreneurship, health, and hygiene, education, and mental health. She has an expertise of good documentation and implementation of community-based programs at the grassroots.
